Returns & Exchanges

If less than 30 days have passed since your purchase, you can return the item for a full refund.  (See exclusions below)  If you bought your item less than 60 days ago, whilst we can’t offer you a full refund, we can certainly offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition and original packaging that you received it.

Some  goods are exempt from refunds or exchanges for hygienic reasons, or if:

  • The product has obvious signs of use
  • Any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days (for refund) or 60 days (for exchange) after delivery

How to request a refund/exchange

To complete your return or exchange, you’ll need your original receipt or proof of purchase.  We ask that you email hello@avenuecoworking.org.au with your name and order reference number, and whether you would like a refund or an exchange for a similar item.  If an exchange, please let us know what item that is. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, along with information on the status of your requested exchange.  If any credit is owed, that credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.  If any amount is owing, you will be contacted for payment information.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to the Avenue Co-working Space from where it was shipped.  Check the return address on your original packaging, or email hello@avenuecoworking.org.au to enquire.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Without tracking, there is no guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
